獣毛（羊毛、カシミヤ）などに対して効果が望める加工です。近年になって、羊毛及びカシミアを原料にした衣料品に付加価値をつけることができるとして注目されてきています。すでに防縮加工を施されている羊毛にも加工可能です。弊社において主力となっている加工です。
Pilgon Finish is a treatment for animal hair (wool, cashmere, etc.) that is expected to have the following effects: (1) anti-pilling (2-3 grade increase), (2) shrink-proof (washable), (3) maintenance of good texture, etc. In recent years, it has been attracting attention as a way to add value to clothing from wool and cashmere. It can also be applied to wool that has already been treated to prevent shrinkage. This is our company’s mainstay processing.

主にカシミヤのニット製品に対して毛皮の質感を疑似的に作ることができる加工です。風合いを滑らかにし、毛が立ち、ふわりと流れるような上品な仕上がりになります。獣毛についてであれば全てに効果があります。（獣毛の種類によって効果に差はあります。）
チーゼル加工（アザミ加工）との大きな差別化は、ピリング性が大きく向上すること及び、表面と共に裏面も加工できることによる風合いの向上です。ピリング性の向上については、ウール及びカシミアにて確認されています。
Fur processing is a process that can simulate the texture of fur, mainly on cashmere knit products. It smoothes the texture, makes the fur stand up, and gives it a soft, flowing, elegant finish. It is effective on all animal hair. (Effects vary depending on kinds of animal hair.) The major differentiator between this treatment and the cheesel treatment (thistle treatment) is that the pilling property is greatly improved, and the texture is improved by being able to process the reverse side as well as the front side. The improvement in pilling has been confirmed in wool and cashmere.

シルクフィニッシュOKSは、シルクプロテインをポリマーのまま乳化する特殊技術により、シルクの特徴である吸放湿性と接触冷感性、たんぱく質繊維の持つ抗菌防臭性（過去最高値で黄色ブドウ球菌の抗菌活性値6.0）を一度に付与することができます。
消臭性は、アンモニアについて60％前後、酢酸またイソ吉草酸については90％の消臭の実績があります。その他ノネナール、ホルムアルデヒド臭に対しても効果があります。処理した繊維は独特な風合いを保ちストレッチバック性の向上が見込まれます。
使用方法が簡単で、35℃～60℃の浸漸が可能であれば、問題なく加工できます。柔軟加工と同様にご使用いただけます。これらの機能は耐洗濯性を持つので機能が長持ちします。
Silk Finish OKS uses a special technology that emulsifies silk protein as a polymer, enabling it to impart the characteristics of silk-moisture absorption and release, contact cooling, and the antibacterial and deodorizing properties of protein fibers (with an antibacterial activity value of 6.0 against Staphylococcus aureus, the highest value to date)—all at once. Deodorizing performance has been demonstrated to reduce ammonia by approximately 60% and acetic acid and isovaleric acid by 90%. It is also effective against nonenal and formaldehyde odors. The treated fibers retain their unique texture and are expected to improve stretch recovery. The application method is simple, and processing is possible at temperatures between 35°C and 60°C. It can be used in the same way as softening agents. These functions are wash-resistant, ensuring long-lasting performance.

親水性加工の薬剤であるVelsuede CR-81は、従来の親水シリコン系柔軟剤のなかでは特出してよい風合い向上が望める風合い改良剤です。旧来品と比較しても、コストを抑えつつ、充分な風合い改良効果を期待できます。
加工後、繊維表面に親水性の皮膜を作り、水を弾かなくなります。タオルや手ぬぐい、下着、テーブルクロスなど、水を弾くより吸って欲しいアイテムにおいて非常に優秀な柔軟剤です。柔軟剤の多くは水を弾く疎水性のものが多く、親水性の柔軟剤は風合いがよくないという欠点がございましたが、この柔軟剤であれば、少量で抜群にサラサラな風合いに変えてくれます。
さらに弊社のシルク溶液を併用して処理する事で、シルクの風合い、しっとり感を同時に付与できます。
Velsuede CR-81, a hydrophilic treatment agent, is a fabric conditioner that offers exceptional improvements in hand feel compared to conventional hydrophilic silicone-based softeners. Even when compared to older products, it delivers sufficient fabric conditioning effects while keeping costs down. After treatment, it forms a hydrophilic film on the fiber surface, preventing water from beading off. It is an excellent softener for items such as towels, hand towels, underwear, and tablecloths—products where water absorption is preferred over water repellency. While many softeners are hydrophobic and repel water, and hydrophilic softeners have traditionally suffered from poor hand feel, this product transforms fabrics into a remarkably smooth and silky texture even when used in small quantities. Furthermore, by using it in combination with our silk solution, you can simultaneously impart the texture and soft, supple feel of silk.
